I had the opportunity to conduct a UX research project for the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (IAAC) to evaluate the awareness, usability, and impact of their research program. Through stakeholder surveys and data analysis, I identified key challenges in engagement and adoption, uncovering gaps in research dissemination and practical application.

My findings revealed that while the research was clear and well-structured, it lacked visibility and actionable insights for stakeholders. To address this, I developed strategic recommendations, including improved outreach efforts, performance tracking through key indicators, and the implementation of structured feedback loops. These solutions aim to enhance research accessibility, usability, and long-term impact.
